It’s not you, it’s me

We all have those days when we say something we don’t mean, when we react or overreact, when we see everything wrong, everything bad, everything annoying. But how many of us do realize that people around us should not suffer because of our grumpy mood.

Friends and people in general are a really important element for us, because they are the ones that reflect our mood. Many times we ask ourselves after a conversation: “Why did I say that?” or “Why did I do that?”. Simple, because you were pissed off or maybe irritated by something else or somebody else and that anger was thrown on somebody or something else. The awful part is when you have to justify your reaction.

It is in our instincts to not talk about everything with everyone and especially when it comes to clarifying something; we rather keep everything inside or say only haft a story just to be safe; we punish others for our misfortunes; we are humans it’s all permitted. The point is people can understand if we try to explain.
